1) What is the FTC Japan Scrimmage?
The FTC Japan Scrimmage is a free community event in Tokyo aimed at expanding FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and STEAM across Japan through hands-on matches and outreach.
2) Purpose
- International exchange: Practice with Japan-based teams and build cross-border connections. 
- Technical growth: Use real field time to refine robots and team operations. 
- FTC awareness: Help more schools and students in Japan discover FTC. 
- STEAM outreach: Inspire young people through hands-on demos and activities. 
3) Invitation to overseas teams
Join as a practice & exchange opportunity—play matches, talk in the pits, share approaches, and help us make the Japan Scrimmage even better together.

- Venue: iU — Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation (Sumida Campus), Tokyo 
- Hosts: NPO SAKURA Tempesta & iU HubLab 
- Admission: Free (public welcome)
